Founder, Greg Norris
Greg Norris brings together more than a decade of experience in the trades and property management to provide a grounded, trustworthy approach to management. Before founding Capstone, Greg spent close to ten years as a contractor, giving him a deep understanding of building systems, renovation planning, and the practical needs of tenants and owners alike.
He manages 45+ rental units across multifamily, residential, and retail commercial spaces, consistently prioritizing tenant satisfaction and property performance. A Virginia Tech graduate with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Greg pairs technical problem-solving with real-world expertise—offering owners a thoughtful, disciplined, and highly responsive management style rooted in the community he serves.
